The Automap server will auto start when it is triggered by Rewire.
Most DAWs nowadays sends out a Rewire message (to allow support for
Rewire support for other applications) upon startup, and Automap makes use of this behaviour to avoid users having to manually startup
Automap everytime. However Reason/Record does not support other Rewire
applications, (ironically Rewire is made by Propellerheads as well) and
hence the Automap is not auto-started.
